What cookies are
They are small files your browser stores when you visit a site. They let it remember your session and your preferences from one page to the next.
The cookies we use
Segesio uses essential cookies only: without them you could not sign in or stay signed in.

Other preferences, such as light or dark mode, are kept in the browser's local storage and never travel to the server: they are not cookies.
What we do not use
To be explicit about it:
- No advertising or profiling cookies.
- No social network cookies or buttons that install them.
- No analytics tools are installed on the site or in the application.
- We do not sell or share browsing information with third parties.
Third-party cookies during payment
When you start a payment, the process completes inside Stripe or MercadoPago. Those platforms may set their own cookies, needed to process the transaction and prevent fraud, under their own policies.
Why you do not see a consent banner
Cookies strictly necessary to deliver a service the user requested are exempt from prior consent. Since we use only that kind of cookie and have neither analytics nor advertising, there is nothing for you to accept or reject.
If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
Managing them
You can view, delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking the essential ones means you will not be able to sign in or use the platform.
