Write to support@segesio.com describing what happened and, if you can, with screenshots. If your organisation is on a paid plan, your admin can also flag the request as urgent from within the platform.

We respond to messages on business days. We do not promise an exact resolution time since it depends on each case, but we confirm receipt of your request promptly.

The Help Center, reachable from your account menu once you're signed in, has module-by-module articles with screenshots of the platform itself. It's the fastest place to resolve day-to-day usage questions.
